We have been designing and delivering successful learning programmes to graduates, apprentices, work based teams and aspiring leaders for many years.
As trends change, the fact remains that doing something memorable together away from the normal pressures of work really stands out, and complements the more traditional blend of learning opportunities available.
We use outdoor activities as a way of identifying with behaviours and through skilful facilitation relate them back to meaningful workplace situations.
All courses have personal and organisational goals at the heart, using the change in environment to enlighten, confirm and test skills in an agile way, helping individuals build confidence to ultimately perform better at work.
Building relationships is key to this success. Not just whilst here on the programmes, but in the pre course liaison, where we listen to clients’ needs and work closely to ensure the most relevant programme and desired outcomes are achieved.
