Short Season Contracts
All of our short season vacancies have now been filled for 2012.
Long Season Contracts
All of our long season staff team are returning in 2012 so we will not be advertising any positions.
Recruitment process
Each year contracts at Skern Lodge are generally offered as listed below:
Long season contracts run from February - applications accepted from October
Short season contracts run from end of April/beginning of May - applications accepted from January
Although our requirements can alter each year and your success is also dependant on the qualifications and experience of other candidates we generally look for a selection, or all, of the following National Governing Body qualifications when recruiting for our short season staff team:
1st Aid
Beach or Pool Lifeguard
BCU Level 1 Coach
SPA Training
ML Training
At least 1 season within the industry
