Skern Lodge continues to hold the Investors in People Award, which requires re-assessment every 3 years. A quote from the last report said:

The outcome of food hygiene inspections in Torridge is displayed at food premises using a traffic light system to indicate the current hygiene status and previous performance history.
Skern Lodge holds the green light, with a top hygiene rating of 5 stars and an overall excellent.
