LONG WEEKENDS
In addition to normal weeks, long weekends of Friday lunchtime to Monday lunchtime are available all year round and equal 3 days of the above price.

Fieldwork Sites:
For return transport from Skern Lodge to the fieldwork sites during your stay, please either arrange your own minibus/coach or contact us for quotes from our local coach company.

PAPERWORK
Once you have made a provisional booking, our normal parctice is to e-mail you further information such as: Notes for guidance for teachers, kit list, room plans, programme (if/when available) and invoice.
Please e-mail a delegate list (including staff) indicating sex, special diets and any medical information at least 2 weeks (preferably 4 weeks) before the course start date.

Due to the complexity and individual tailoring of each course and to ensure we continue to offer you a personal service we have decided that it is not feasible to publish current availability or make the working groups list and activity options available on the website.
We have looked at the option of putting Health and Safety documents such as the risk assessments as downloadable items on the website. However, as part of our ongoing quality assurance, these documents are continually being reviewed and updated so we have decided to continue with e-mailing them on request.
