Kit List
Please bring the following with you:
DRY ACTIVITY:
Old loose fitting clothes including
- Long trousers (please note jeans are not ideal as they restrict movement, especially when wet)
- Trainers
- A waterproof coat if you have one
WET ACTIVITY:
- Swimming costume/trunks
- T-shirt, sweatshirt and wetsuit boots or old trainers you can get wet (no crocs or similar please)
- Towel
- Change of clothes
- Bag for wet clothes
GENERAL:
- Drink
- Hat and sun cream for hot days
- Any medication that may be required (e.g. asthma puffer)
- If you are here for the whole day, please bring a packed lunch or save yourself the extra hassle and book one through us

Also please could you advise us if you, or any of your party are non-swimmers, have any medical condition or special dietary requirements (e.g vegetarian or food allergies), we should know of.
